A closer look at my background, journey, and passions.
I am currently studying for a Degree in Software Engineering and pursuing a Master's Degree in Web Engineering at the University of Oviedo. I balance my academic training with real-world projects in backend development, web applications, and infrastructure, with a strong focus on cybersecurity.
My passion for computer science didn't happen overnight; it began when I was 14 years old. What started as simple curiosity quickly grew into a lifelong dedication.
I remember that back in History class, instead of presenting the typical slideshow, I decided to program a small interactive video game. It was an RPG set during the discovery of America, where player decisions shaped the destiny of the empire. Although graphically minimal, I was fascinated by the thrill of building interactive worlds and complex logic from scratch.
Today, I continue expanding my expertise in designing and engineering web applications and services—from scalable APIs and robust databases to continuous deployment and system hardening. I am especially interested in backend engineering and cybersecurity.
Beyond the digital screen, I find my balance in the outdoors. I am an avid rock climbing and hiking enthusiast. Being in nature helps me disconnect, tackle physical and mental challenges, and enjoy magnificent views.
Here are some snapshots from those adventures:
